At Foreveru, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products—which include skincare-infused foundations and hair treatments—we must maintain strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. 14-Day “Change of Mind” Return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the product (e.g., Midnight Hair Mask or Aura Glow) must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Hygiene Seal: If the safety seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we cannot accept the return for hygiene reasons.

  • Exclusions: Sale items and personalized products are considered “Final Sale” and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your luxury order arrives damaged (e.g., a shattered glass serum bottle or a leaking shampoo), we will make it right immediately.

  • Report Window: You must report damages within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please email support@foreveru.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.

  • Resolution: We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shade Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the perfect shade of Aura Glow or Satin Sand online can be difficult.

  • The “Swatch First” Rule: If your order includes a sample sachet, please test the sample before opening the full-size bottle.

  • Exchange: If the shade isn’t a match, you may exchange the unopened full-size bottle for a different shade within 14 days. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@foreveru.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack Securely: Place the item in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
