1. Processing Times

  • Hand-Packed with Care: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Special Launches: During new collection releases (such as our Lipshade or Desert Mirage lines), please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a notification email the moment your order is confirmed and another when it begins its journey to your doorstep.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–14 business days for international transit, depending on your local customs processing.

  • Our shipping boxes are made from FSC-certified materials and printed with soy-based inks.

  • We encourage you to repurpose or recycle your packaging to close the loop on luxury.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is scanned by our carrier, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your shipment directly through your FOREVERU Member Account under “Order History.”


6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your “Golden Hour” arrives less than perfect, or if your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • Please contact our Concierge Team at support@foreveru.com within 48 hours.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve the matter with the priority it deserves.

  • Can I change my address? Address changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order.
